  • A Twilio phone number capable of sending SMS
  • A Resrvy subscription with SMS Notifications enabled
  1. Go to Calendar Settings > SMS Integration

  • Cancellation notifications
  1. Go to Calendar Settings > SMS Integration
  2. Click Disconnect Twilio

  • Verify the Twilio Phone Number is SMS-capable (check in Twilio Console > Phone Numbers)
  • Check that the recipient’s phone number includes a country code
  • Review your Twilio message logs at twilio.com/console/sms/logs for delivery errors
